Ar. Austin Llavor is a registered and licensed architect who earned his Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Far Eastern University, Manila. 

 

He gained an extensive work experience from renowned companies in the field of architecture from design to project management especially construction management. 

 

He manages the overall operations of the company and oversees the timelines and progress of each project making sure that everything is systematized.

Ar. Trish Molina is a registered and licensed architect who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila. 

 

Her work experience through the years enhanced her expertise in architectural and interior design as well as project management. 

 

She handles client relations, FFE management and leads in the design department of each project from planning to execution ensuring the quality and cost efficiency.
